HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We aim to have all orders completed within 5 working days from the order being placed. If you request a proof it will be 5 working days from the proof being approved.

CAN I GET A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE?
We prefer to keep all contact via email or in person at our shop. Please feel free to call us for guidance or advice but we’re unable to give quotes over the phone. For a new quote please use our quotes form, a link can be found at the top of this page.

DO YOU SEND A PROOF OF MY GARMENT?
If you require a proof of logo/artwork placement let us know when placing your order, unless requested a proof will not be provided. If a proof is supplied the production will begin once it has been approved.

WHAT FORMAT DO YOU NEED MY LOGO?
Vector files are ideal eg. .AI, .EPS or exported as a .PDF. We also accept high res flattened files eg. .PNG, .JPG, .TIF, the images must be scaled to the required print size or larger and be at least 300dpi resolution. You can email them to us at weststreetworkwear@gmail.com.
Usually we cannot accept artwork copied from the internet as images from the internet are often only 72 dpi and because of this they can not be reproduced. The low resolution of the image make it pixelated when enlarged and will affect the quality of the print.

CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN CLOTHING?
Yes, however we would need to examine the item before confirming if it would be possible to print on to as certain materials may not be suitable.
